The AC series is applied only in the filterpress versions with automatic knock-out (F800, F1000, F1200 and F1500) regardless of the machine length, which can be used both in small and large systems.

 

The filters of the AC series are based on the same operating principle as the conventional filterpresses of FILTRI FAZZINI, but they are equipped with technical solutions that allow knocking-out of the plates and, at the same time, automatic removal of the dried cake: indeed, when the single plate is moved by the side guideways, a special plate shaking device with pneumatic pistons is activated, which allows complete removal of the dried cakes.

 

Thanks to the high synchronization degree and the automatic continuous operation, which is controlled and managed by a standard PLC Siemens and monitored upon request by special optical sensors for managing the cake fall, it is possible to significantly reduce the labor costs related to the system.
