This series of machines called A/S (with simultaneous opening) is produced in different versions, from 10 up to 35 plates, on the basis of the selected machine’s size and can be fitted both on small and big plants.

Even though AS filters work in the same way as the traditional filter-presses produced by FILTRI FAZZINI, they are equipped with devices and technical solutions allowing the simultaneous opening of the plates as well as the automatic removal of the exhausted cake, in fact when the filtering package is completely open, a special shaking device allows the complete removal of the dehydrated panels.

Thanks to the high frequency of short-time cycles and to the practically continuous automatic working, it is possible to eliminate the hand-labour thus allowing remarkable savings on the plant management.
